5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Policy

Failure to attend a booked appointment (online or video consultation) will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.
Any technical issues from the user’s side (such as poor internet connectivity, device malfunction, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of appointments is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and only if an alternate slot is available.
Rescheduling requests must be made directly through the Website’s appointment system (where applicable).
Last-minute requests (less than 24 hours before) will not be entertained.
