Thank you for choosing my online appointment and video consultation services. I value the trust you place in me when you schedule a consultation through this website. This Refund Policy has been created to clearly explain how payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled. Please read this document carefully before making any booking.

1. Nature of Services

This website provides two types of services:

  1. Online Appointment Booking – for scheduling in-person consultations.
  2. Video Consultation Booking – for online consultations through digital platforms.

As these services involve professional time scheduling, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All bookings made through this website are strictly non-refundable. This includes:

  • Fees paid for online appointment bookings.
  • Fees paid for video consultations.
  • Any convenience charges, payment gateway fees, or service fees.

Once a booking has been successfully processed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind by the user.
  • Scheduling errors made by the user.
  • User’s inability to attend the consultation.
  • Technical difficulties on the user’s end (such as internet or device issues).

3. Cancellations

Since each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for the user, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However:

  • If a cancellation is required, users may request a reschedule (subject to availability).
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
  • Reschedules are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

4. Provider-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where I may be unable to honour a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies, personal reasons, or unavoidable scheduling conflicts):

  • Users will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund may be processed at my discretion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Although the general policy is strictly no refunds, I reserve the right to review refund requests in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made due to a technical error.
  • Payment processing errors caused by the payment gateway.
  • A confirmed booking that cannot be delivered from my side.

In such cases, users must provide valid proof of payment and transaction details to support their claim.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval date.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Any deductions by payment gateways, banks, or third-party processors are non-refundable.

7. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, provided it is requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
  • Last-minute reschedule requests (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will not be accepted.

8. No-Shows

  • If a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation (either online or video), the booking will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.

9. User Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the user to:

  • Ensure accurate booking details (date, time, and consultation type).
  • Verify payment details before confirming the booking.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection and working device for video consultations.
  • Log in on time for scheduled appointments.

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not entitle the user to a refund.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

I reserve the right to update, revise, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this website.

11. Acceptance of Policy

By booking an appointment or video consultation through this website, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
  • Agree to the non-refundable and non-returnable nature of the services.
  • Waive any future claim for refund, except as outlined under Exceptional Circumstances.

12. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to payments, cancellations, or refunds will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
